Classes and workshops both combine psychoeducation in addition to focused activities and experiences; including mindfulness, expressive healing arts, experiential process work and holistic techniques to support you to learn, develop and grow.
The Mindful Mind Experience combines specialized classes and workshops to support counseling and coaching.
Classes are available in person and virtually for both individuals and small groups. (* Online Classes to come )
Mindful Counseling is integrated with expressive arts and process work to support balancing the body and mind, as well as emotional and behavioral well-being. With a specialized Person Centered and Self focus, along with experiencing Positive and Imaginal Psychology, you will explore your Self throughout the process, in aspect to your life goals and ambitions. This work can be applied to stress-management, self-esteem/confidence, relationships, trust and more.
Creative Life Coaching offers education, support and guidance focusing on problem-solving, life skills/management, managing behavior, cognitive skills, critical thinking and more.
You will learn to empower your Self through your actions and create the change you seek in your life, creating your theoretical toolbox filled with the tools and resources you have acquired on your journey to carry with you into your future endeavors. Keeping in mind that your greatest tool and asset is YOU!

In addition to traditional talk methods, her expertise in expressive arts and process work, helps clients to move through transitions, overcome blockages, create solutions to life challenges, and more; creating awareness, personal growth and transformation.
Additionally, her focus in Self-empowerment and creative life coaching promotes positive transformation through both practical and enjoyable strategies. This can include the use of expressive and holistic arts; creating visual art, music, movement, yoga and more – all designed to break things down and make challenging goals more achievable and even fun, fostering motivation, confidence and self-esteem.
Together we will create a personalized schedule with options that works for you; offering in person, virtual or phone sessions that include traditional talk methods with supplemental activities, exercises, worksheets and other resources. These sessions can be combined with classes and workshops with The Mindful Mind experience program.
Services include individual and group counseling and coaching, classes and workshops, as well as public speaking, mentorship and training. Mentoring, speaking, and training are also available for individuals and groups for both educational and professional development.

YogART is a specialized compilation of mindfulness, expressive arts, yoga and movement, creating a holistic mind-body experience that helps you tune into your ‘Self’.
Pertinent topics are incorporated into the focus of yoga and movement based work along creating visual process art reflective of the experience.
The classes are designed to encourage self-exploration and expression, while motivating you to move through resistance and blockages to express your Self fully, free of judgment and expectation.
This practice may also include breathwork, meditation and essential oils.
Focusing on creative problem solving, breaking things down into achievable steps and taking the appropriate action to make it happen.
Sessions are flexible to fit your lifestyle, ensuring they work for you while providing a structure for achieving your life goals, both short and long-term. While life goals may vary at times from finding a new job to navigating a major life transition, or expanding your awareness to re/discovering your Self; you will be provided with structure that is both adaptable to change and grow with you.
